Hello,

I operate a small monday to friday office from home.
There is not much in/out traffic and i'm pretty quiet!

i've decided that i have to seperate the office from my home space and am therefore looking for an alternative.

i've put this add on here as i'm wondering if anyone has a home in the Burleigh Heads area with a seperate access space they may consider leasing to me as an office space? Or perhaps you have a small commercial premises that you would consider leasing?

I am looking for a minimum of 12 months.
My needs are mainly access Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.
Mostly my work is done on the internet and my mobile phone!
