I have set up the front part of my house for business and I work from home. I was renting out the 2 front bedrooms to a small business doing Cellulite treatments. They had a beauty therapy table and the cellulite machine in one room and an small infra red sauna and vibra-gym machine in the other room. Clients were able to access the bathroom for a shower after treatments if they wanted. This business is moving out to expand into a bigger location and I'm looking for a similar business to rent this space out to. Prefer to rent both rooms out to the one person/business, but will look at 2 separate businesses/people depending on the business and requirements. This would suit massage, healer, therapist or perhaps graphic design, bookkeeper etc where someone doesn't want to rent out commercial space and commit to a long term lease and outgoings.
Rent includes power, wireless internet access, use of the kitchen for tea/coffee/meals and even use of the pool for a swim!! You would have to use your mobile phone or if a land line is required, pay to have that installed. One has been done before, so wiring is already run into the house.

House is fairly central, Carrara, and easy to get to, plenty of street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac, but close to the motorway and Broadbeach-Nerang Rd.
Rooms are carpeted and have built in robes that can be used for storage.
They will be available early-mid November.
For an additional fee I have been providing reception services for the other business, take their calls, taking payment via eftpos/credit card machine and booking the appointments in an online database so the therapist could work undisturbed.
Happy to discuss any level of these extra services you may require.
One room is a bit bigger than the other room, so if going separately, prices per room would be smaller room $180pw, larger room $220pw.
My workspace is the open area to the right when entering the front door, to the left is a small reception area and further to the left are the 2 rooms and the bathroom. None of the doors open onto or are visible from my space. My work doesn't not generate any noise and I'm also looking for people who would not create a lot of noise. Some soft background music, noise from the therapy machine etc is all OK.
