I am currently in the process of signing a lease for a semi-duplex in Southport, 4km from Griffith University, 5km from Ashmore TAFE and just a short stroll away from the water.
I am a 21 year old female seeking a female caucasian room mate, aged between 20 and 25 who is clean, tidy and reliable, to occupy the vacant room and share the costs of living. The successful applicant will need to be ready to move in at the end of January 2010. Students are welcome to apply.
