Do you enjoy holidays and hotel stays? Do you have telesales experience? We are looking for an experienced telesales Manager, to answer our inbound customer service telephone lines. Our customers want great deals on hotel accommodation; we need you to source the best price from our hotel inventory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
· Running a small team of customer service staff.
· Answering all inbound telephone calls, leaving each customer completely satisfied and 100% happy.
· Explaining our holiday product to customers, and where necessary resell it to them.
· Liaising with hotels to book accommodation for our customers.
To succeed in this position you should have
· Passion and enthusiasm for travel.
· Energy and drive to succeed in a sales environment.
· Telemarketing experience
· Ability to work in a team-based environment.
