The opportunity has arisen for Ripple to expand our call centre sales team.
The position will be for 5 days a week 20+ hours per week.
You will be working with established sales and booking systems fully supported with manuals and some training, however it is expected you will be able to effectively schedule your workload to maximise Ripple’s revenue.
You will be self motivated, driven, hard working, results orientated and able to deliver on set targets. You will also be 100% reliable and be responsible for ensuring the booking service is adequately staffed for the times of operation.
To fit into Ripple’s culture, you will be committed to excellence in customer service, and able to go above and beyond to ensure our clients are happy. You will also have excellent computer skills in all Microsoft programmes including word and excel and high level of typing skills and attention to detail.
You will also be authoritative and able to manage teams of therapists.
Ripple is looking for candidates who are happy, optimistic, positive, well spoken, well presented, have a calm disposition and be able to work under pressure.
Multi skilling is essential. You will be working out of beautifully appointed offices in Southport.
This position would suit a telemarketer or sales person with experience in telephone sales and appointment setting.
The position is casual, $19.22 p.h. weekdays and $28.83 p.h. on Saturday with substantial bonuses.
