We live in Mudgeeraba and have an 8 year old girl, 19 month old boy (at day care two mornings a week) and newborn girl, as well as a regularly visiting 8 year old girl.  Mum works from home until end Jan and from Jan will be part-time at Bond.  Duties are: care for the younger ones during the day with playtime and sleeps and outings; give after school snacks to older ones and oversee homework; washing and drying and folding laundry (machines at home, NO ironing); put away younger kids' clothes; change kids' beds weekly; once / twice a week school pick up older girls; school pick up toddler; general tidy of kitchen area and younger kids' bathroom and bedrooms and toys; prepare kids' lunches and assist in preparing kids' dinners. (Sole care of newborn will be extremely limited until end Jan.)  Must be swimmer as have pool, and must have drivers licence, preferably own car but not necessarily; pet friendly as we also have a small dog, non-smoker. Must have blue card and references and childcare experience.  We would like approx. 30 hours a week Mon to Fri working no later than 5h30pm, plus babysitting two nights a month, and 3 or 4 hours on a weekend day once a month. We have a separate furnished bedroom with kitchenette, own Austar and own bathroom with own entrance if you prefer live-in. Salary negotiable, to include paid leave between xmas and new year and possibly paid leave during year too.  Looking at 12 month position currently.
