EAST is looking for chefs and cookswanting some casual hours. We do predominantly asian food with a seasonal menu that changes every three months. Current menu is full asian but we do alternate between both fusion and traditional asian menu so knowledge in both western and asian cuisine is preferred but not neccesary.
 
Both qualified chefs and apprentice are welcomed but please be advised that quality of food and preparation is controlled very strictly and that it is reccomended only those who are really interested in being a solid, dedicated chef wanting to learn a new cuisine should apply.
