Bassist available

hey my names nathan, im 21, from england and im currently living on the gold coast, pretty much central surfers. ive been in bands since as far back as i can remember, and ive braught ma bass with me because i'd die without it!! ive been here for like 5 weeks now and its already killing me ive not had a jam since i been here!! im looking for anything really, a jam, new projects, a band.. anything, and would prefer it if only people 18 years and over contacted.. and no golden oldies please, people who are into the old stuff never seem to break free from that bubble..an i hate to say it, but truth is theres no room for that stuff anymore it cant be braught back to life, theres more to music than 3 power chords.

   ive been playing for like 7 years and im very experienced in all aspects of playing, gigging, and doing the dirty work, only thing is i havent got yet is an amp but ive got everythin else! I listen to Incubus, RHCP, Dub FX, deftones, r.a.t.m, system of a down an alot more stuff.. but adapt to other styles! that sounds like im just into the heavier stuff but i love a good chill out atmospheric side to things. the reason these influences are important for me to say is because all of these bands have a similar state of mind when it comes to writing music, and that there should be no boundaries. so yeah, interested then call me on 0424417810, would be better to call than email cos its easier to talk about stuff
